Loyalty’s Hand Gripped by Him

Stalwart walks in step with God; his path blazed by God, he’s happy. If he stumbles, he’s not down for long; God has a grip on his hand. (Psalm 37:23, 24 MSG)

Dear Savior,

Stalwart is a person’s name and as a noun means loyalty. So to make it simple for me we’ll call her Loyalty. She walks near to God. God makes a path easy for her to follow.

The path is easy to follow

The path is easy to follow

So with the nearness to her Savior and the path before her God makes her happy.

If she loses her way, or lives by fear for a moment, or even sins it won’t be long before He picks her up. He loves her, He grips her hand and he won’t let her stay there long.

Savior, i want to be near You. I need You gripping my hand keeping me from the sin and fear. Sometimes I just need the security of Your hand in mine.

I love You, Savior,
Donna
