…for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!] (Hebrews 13:5 AMP)
My friend is a policeman who restores faith in what is good and what matters in life. He rescues autistic kids from themselves. He’s the first in the house of a home invasion. He stops gang fights before they start. He’s going to do his best to take care of the victim and the criminal. He wants what is best and uses his abilities and training to do what is best. He’s someone you can feel safe with.
God says, “You can feel safe with Me.” He’s good and He He won’t leave our side or our heart. He says so once, twice, three times. When the Lord wants to emphasize something He says it twice. But here it’s said in triple to leave absolutely no doubt. He will take care of us like my friend does only perfectly and will never let us go. Without a doubt!
